Wrestling PowerCore

Targets Functional Strength & Core Development: our signature Wrestling PowerCore class — a dynamic training session designed to build core strength, power, and endurance specifically for wrestlers. Whether you’re looking to gain a competitive edge or take your conditioning to the next level, PowerCore blends functional movement, resistance training, and combat-focused drills to make you stronger, prevent injuries, and tone your muscles. PowerCore class is held every Saturday from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM for ages 12 and up.
